In the new-build section of the Van der Valk Hotel in Leeuwarden, we completed the fireproofing works. This modern hotel requires safe and reliable fire prevention solutions, ensuring both guests and staff are protected against fire and smoke.
Works carried out
On behalf of Hunebouw, we were responsible for sealing all penetrations in the building to be fire- and smoke-resistant. High-quality collars were used, providing extra protection and preventing uncontrolled spread of fire and smoke.

- Fire- and smoke-resistant sealing of all pipes, cables, and ventilation ducts
- Application of collars on critical penetrations
- Inspection and certification of all installed solutions: Digital Logbook
