96 Apartments | Zoetermeer

For a residential complex consisting of 96 apartments in Zoetermeer, BVT carried out a range of passive fire protection works. The focus of this project was to improve the overall fire safety of the building and provide a safer living environment for all residents.

Work carried out

During the project, we upgraded the meter cupboards and service shafts. All penetrations were professionally sealed with fire and smoke resistant systems, ensuring that the building's fire compartmentation once again meets current fire safety requirements.

By properly sealing cable, pipe, and other service penetrations, the uncontrolled spread of fire and smoke between apartments and communal areas is prevented.

Safety for residents

Effective fire compartmentation plays a vital role in ensuring safe evacuation during an emergency. The completed work provides better protection for escape routes and significantly improves the overall fire safety of the apartment complex.

Collaboration and results

Working closely with Bonarius, the project was carefully planned and executed while minimizing disruption for residents. Thanks to good coordination and efficient execution, the work was completed on schedule.
